Política de privacidad

Last Updated: September 12, 2026 · Version 2.1

Naranjo Company Corporation ("Naranjo Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.naranjocompany.com, our vendor application portal at nardex.naranjocompany.com/vendors/apply, and our field-service management platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

01 Information We Collect

We collect and process several categories of information, depending on how you interact with us.

Personal Information

Information you provide voluntarily, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, LinkedIn or profile URL, home city and country, and any other details you submit through forms on our website, vendor signup portal, or engineer platform.

Usage Data

Information about how you use our services, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifier, referring URL, and browsing patterns.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to track activity on our services and store certain information. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Consent Records

When you submit a form on our services, we record the exact consent language you were shown, the ISO 8601 timestamp of your submission, your IP address, and the user-agent string of the device you used. These records are retained as evidence of consent for compliance and audit.

02 How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website, vendor application portal, and field-service management platform.
  • Evaluate vendor applications and match applicants with work orders that fit their skills, service area, and availability.
  • Coordinate the delivery of contracted field-service work — assignments, reminders, arrival windows, on-site messages, and payment confirmations.
  • Improve and personalize your experience with our services.
  • Respond to your inquiries and requests
  • Send you operational messages tied to a specific work order or application, and — only where you have separately consented — send marketing communications.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve our Site
  • Protect our Site and users by detecting, preventing, and addressing security or technical issues

03 Disclosure of Your Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

  • Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example website hosting, analytics, customer support, and SMS delivery (Twilio Inc.). Service providers may access personal information only to the extent necessary to perform the service and are contractually required to protect it.
  • Clients Whose Work You Perform. When you are assigned to a work order, we share the operational information needed to perform the work — your name, business phone number, and coverage area — with the client whose site is being serviced, solely so the client can coordinate the on-site engagement. This sharing is for operational purposes only and is not for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected as part of our SMS program, and any SMS opt-in status or consent data, are excluded from this sharing and are not shared with clients, affiliates, or any third party.
  • Legal Obligations. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
  • Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, phone number, SMS opt-in status, or message content to any third party, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories listed above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. SMS and Text Message Communications

This section describes how we use SMS (text messaging) and applies in addition to the general terms above. It is written to meet the disclosure requirements of the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the U.S. carrier A2P 10DLC framework.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the other categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Who receives SMS

We send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided explicit, opt-in consent through one of our web forms — most commonly our vendor signup portal at nardex.naranjocompany.com/vendors/apply — or who have separately opted in from their profile inside our engineer platform. Consent is captured with an unchecked opt-in checkbox next to the specific SMS consent language shown at the bottom of this section.

What we send

Messages are transactional and event-triggered. They are not marketing or promotional. Typical triggers include:

  • Work-order assignment confirmations
  • Day-before appointment reminders
  • Arrival-window updates and en-route notifications
  • New-message notifications when a dispatcher or client sends a message through the platform
  • Payment and proof-of-payment confirmations

Every message references a specific work order and includes a link to your private chat portal so you can respond in-app.

The consent language

The exact opt-in language shown next to the consent checkbox on our web form is:

"I consent to receive operational SMS from Naranjo Company Corporation about work orders assigned to me. Messages are event-triggered (assignment, reminders, arrival, new messages, payment confirmations). Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support."

Program details

Message frequency. Varies by assignment activity. Typically fewer than 500 messages per month across all Naranjo Company Twilio numbers combined.

Standard rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Naranjo Company does not charge you a separate fee for SMS.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS immediately. We honor STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You can also revoke consent by unchecking the SMS box in your profile or emailing service@naranjocompany.com.

Re-subscribe. Reply UNSTOP or START to re-enable SMS after opting out.

Help. Reply HELP to any message to receive our support contact details. You may also email service@naranjocompany.com or call +1 908 987 3100.

Consent records. For each SMS opt-in or opt-out event, we record the ISO 8601 timestamp, IP address, user-agent string, the exact consent text shown, and the channel through which consent was captured. These records are retained for the duration of your relationship with our network plus seven years.

Data sharing for SMS

We share your phone number with our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) strictly to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your phone number, opt-in status, or message content with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Sharing with clients is limited to the operational information described in

05 Security of Your Information

We take reasonable measures — including encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular security review — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06 Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Deletion of your personal data, subject to certain conditions
  • Restriction of or objection to the processing of your data
  • Portability of your data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time (including SMS consent by replying STOP)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. Exercising a right does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

07 Third-Party Links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, including partner marketplaces we route work orders through (such as WorkMarket and Field Nation) and platforms we use to fulfill service delivery. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

08 Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected information from a child without verified parental consent, we will remove it from our systems.

09 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account or engagement with our network remains active, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for compliance, audit, and legitimate business purposes. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for the duration of your relationship plus seven years, as described in Section 4.

10 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. When a change materially affects how we process your information, we will notify you by email or through our services before the change takes effect.
